6 oz Salmon Fillet
1 cup Asparagus
1 cup Cauliflower
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp olive oil.
Place the salmon, skin side down if applicable, in the hot skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown.
While the salmon cooks, trim the asparagus and steam until tender, about 5 minutes.
