PREPARATION
In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, avocado, unsweetened almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and chocolate protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chia seeds to help thicken the mousse naturally. If desired, allow the mixture to rest for 5-10 minutes so the chia seeds can expand slightly.
Fold in most of the toasted hazelnuts, reserving a few for garnish.
