40g Tomato, chopped

PREPARATION
Crumble the paneer into small, uniform pieces using your hands or a fork and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped onions and green chili to the skillet, sautéing until the onions are soft and translucent.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes and ground turmeric, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Add the crumbled paneer and a pinch of salt to the pan, mixing well and cooking for another 2 minutes until heated through.
While the paneer finishes, toast the whole wheat bread until it is golden and crisp.
Serve the warm paneer bhurji immediately alongside or on top of the toasted bread.
