1 cup Asparagus spears
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice

0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears and place them on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the baking sheet and drizzle the lemon-herb mixture over both the salmon and the asparagus.
Toss the asparagus to coat evenly and rub the mixture into the top of the salmon fillet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and the asparagus is tender-crisp with slightly charred tips.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with an extra squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.
