Garlic Herb Roasted Turkey Wings
Oven-roasted turkey wings rubbed with a fragrant garlic and herb oil, served alongside tender roasted cauliflower florets for a satisfyingly crispy finish.
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Turkey wings
0.25 tbsp Olive oil
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Fresh rosemary
1 tsp Fresh thyme
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1.5 cups Cauliflower florets
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper to create the herb rub.
Pat the turkey wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure the skin gets crispy, then place them on one side of the baking sheet.
Brush the turkey wings generously on all sides with two-thirds of the garlic-herb oil mixture.
Toss the cauliflower florets with the remaining garlic-herb oil in a bowl until evenly coated, then spread them in a single layer on the other side of the baking sheet.
Roast for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping the wings and tossing the cauliflower halfway through, until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is golden brown.
