100g Mixed Berries
10g Sliced Almonds

PREPARATION
Wash and dry the mixed berries, slicing any large strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, stir the vanilla extract and monk fruit sweetener into the Greek yogurt until completely smooth.
Begin layering the parfait in a clear glass by starting with half of the sweetened yogurt mixture.
