The Stronger You Challenge has been exactly what I needed. This was my second challenge with Sarah and after these past few months I have never felt this strong/lean or connected to my core, even before having kids. I am no stranger to lifting, however I have always been one to start and stop with no focused direction, or due to life getting in the way, etc. These challenges have taught me just how disciplined I can be and showed me the results I wanted! I never would have gotten these results working out independently and I now have a foundation to go on moving forward! The videos for each workout took the guesswork out of having proper form and it was something I loved having at my fingertips! To have these workouts created from someone I have admired and respected in the fitness world for a long time has revamped my love of lifting AND introduced me to Pilates, so thank you Sarah, truly!!

Loved challenging myself with the higher reps. Not really worrying about the amount of weight and focusing on quality reps. Never felt a burn so good! Going to be using this as my workout template for the next 6m… and maybe forever!

This program is already proving to be incredible! Though I’m not surprised after completing the fit for life program this one has stepped it up! I love the stretching videos afterwards. But I love even more the results that I’m already seen and FEELING! The guest work is taken completely out and what to do each day, the flexibility of completing the workouts in the gym or at home as well as each workout being curated differently; 50 out of 10.

I LOVE this program! The only thing I would add is a timer (countdown) that can be optional for those who don’t want it so that in between sets, it’ll give you a timer to indicate time to start next set. I used BodySpace for years and it had this and I loved that option!

The program was great! After working out for so long, sometimes it's nice to have set programming and mix up your workouts. I liked the focus on legs 2x per week and also really enjoyed the body weight flow pilates. I made my brother and friends do some of the workouts with me, and they were thoroughly impressed. Can't wait to shuffle back through these when I need inspo/can't plan a workout.

The exercises were awesome! I learned new moves and the videos showing how to do the exercises were super helpful, along with the exercise scheduling provided by Sarah was a perfect guideline. The only complaint I have is that there was no mention of how the challenge was against other fitness influencers and their groups. There were 30+ groups going for the same cash prizes. It was only mentioned there was potential cash prizes and it was made out to be (and assumed) was against our group only, Fit For LIfe Challenge. Never was it mentioned other groups were going for the same cash prizes. I found this slightly discouraging once I found out in the welcome email from Solin but tried to use this more as a motivation. I wished it was fully disclosed on all details of the challenge and who we were competing against.

So far I am really liking the challenge and the app! Only thing I would suggest is the weeks change as you progress through the weeks vs having to click the week you are on if that makes sense. I have used Trainerize in the past and like that you can upload weekly photos and daily weigh ins as your body changes week to week that gave me motivation and let me see how my body was fluctuating depending on how I ate, hydration and good ol hormones

I loved the workouts. They were just the right amount of time. Some workouts lacked a video so that needs to be fixed. I also would recommend a basic breakdown of gym lingo for those just starting there workout journey. Example what a superset, rep, sets, etc mean.

I really enjoy this program! I love how there is a gym option or a home option. The Pilates flow layout was confusing at first. It made it seem like it was required to do all. I would incorporate this in each of the Gym or Home workouts right away in the beginning prior to the actual workout. Otherwise, I love this program!
