⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been doing Shara Lifts’ program and I have to say, it’s amazing. The workouts are actually fun and don’t feel impossible, but they still push you in the best way. I’m getting stronger, my energy is up, and I feel so much better overall. If you’ve been looking for something that’s easy to stick with and actually gives results, this is it. Shara really knows how to keep it real and make fitness feel doable.

I loved this program!! It definitely helped me structure my works properly. The abs circuits are no joke, I seen my abs forming in the 3rd week!! No click bait real results!!!

Shara is amazing. I saw results after the first week. It’s nice that she adds videos, it corrected my form on lots of things. Don’t even think twice just buy whatever she sells. Photo is only on week 3 of the 6 week workout plan.

I like that. It’s challenging. I like that it’s different. I like that I can see results. I love them. Amount of cardio exercise. That makes a big difference.

i love the structure of the split for the week. i feel like this challenge works for those that need help forming a routine and toning rather than those that are used to a specific routine and bulking up. For instance, i seen more results doing my regular 3 heavy leg days out of the 5 days that I workout, rather than the lower body or glute days on here.
