So far so good! I have very little strength training and so some of the workouts have been challenging. I've modified a few to be able to complete the reps. I'm hoping by the end of the month I'll be able to get closer to completing the reps as instructed. The videos are clear and easy to follow. The food recipes have been a fun switch up to my regular diet. Although I've made some modifications for my personal needs, I've gotten some great ideas from the recipes. I like how modifiable everything is. It's a great base to start a new foundation for healthy habits.

loving it so far, i needed something to get me motivated to move- i’ve been loving the couch potato life too much lately- i should have started preparing for my vacation coming up in stepember but here we are- im going to try continue to keep moving my body- im excited to see how much i can do in 30 days. the workouts are challenging i started of without any weight now addding 5lbs.

Everything looks so easy and simple to make. Two things that i am mainly looking for in a new food plan. Everything seems too complicated nowadays, and the last thing i want is my meal to be hard. I love how easy to follow & simplified this meal plan is. It’s saving my life & time 💕
