Amazing workouts! If you’re looking to break a sweat, this is definitely the place! Although it shows you how to perform the workout it would be great to hear a description of foot placing and how to position yourself but nonetheless, cannot complain! Absolutely guarantee it makes you work! 💪🏼

Been weightlifting consistently since 2021, I bought this program to change up my routine but also challenge me. It’s only been 1 week so far & I thought I wasn't going to really notice a difference since I’ve already done these exercises before but I’ve been sweating a lot during the workout & have been getting soo sore after!

I loved everything about this product. I believe it was well made and thought out. I appreciate how knowledgeable and considerate she has been. I love her as a person and her personality. She gives us everything we need and could possibly ask for. Maybe, there could be something she could do to improve, however I can't think of anything because everyone of my needs have been satisfied. Thank you both Soraya and Solin for working together to create something special.

I like the structure. She’s amazing. I like this app now that I’m looking at it, because I’m able to log the weights. Also, the app works really fast and I like that. Some apps that have all of this type of content are slow to open or don’t show the videos in good quality. These videos are literally HD/4k looking & super clear! Loveeee.

I'm overall enjoying the program and I love that the exercises have a gym and an at home option. It would have been even better to have stretches suggestions for each day so I wouldn't need to figure out what stretches to do on my own. Also, I know the focus of the program is progressive overload which is why it's the same exercises every week but I would have appreciation having some sort of variations in some of the exercises still targeting the same muscle group.

I like it so far. She did not interact as much as she said she would. I posted questions about certain workouts and even tagged her - no response. Otherwise, the app is so cool, and I wouldn't have found out about it if I did purchase her challenge.

I love the simplicity of the program, however I don’t like how there’s no proper descriptions on how to do the workouts regarding form/posture. I’ve been having lower back pain after glute days, and I’m assuming my form is off so my workouts are taking way longer than they should because I have to look elsewhere to properly inform myself regarding those exercises. Also, no basic layout on nutrition for a typical day. Just examples would be helpful.
