I like Suzi’s refreshing approach to working out, not slick or too pushy. The format suits me, low key and streamlined. I’d like to request a more contemporary playlist though, even though I’m 73, I like music that’s a little more hard-driving.

Ive been following Suzi on TikTok and think she's such a great motivator, very friendly and love all her videos. She makes a tough workout seem simple but well worth it on results. Im so happy for her Silver Fox Challenge endeavor, and I'll continue to support her as I get healthier and stronger in my following. ☆☆☆☆☆☆ Carol L

I really like the Instagram workouts. The ones on the video seemed thrown together in a rush, forgetting time count and with the dogs barking, etc. The pdf seemed like it was put together with chatgpt and never even edited, very sloppy. With recipes that started on one page with just the title and the rest continued on the next page, stuff like that. The chat room did not seem very interactive. I was disappointed. I love her Instagram so much I was hoping for more. Also, normally in long challenges I have done (6-9 months) workouts are repeated yet mixed up a bit. In shorter challenges, like this one I was surprised that the workouts were the same for the first 3 weeks. That was ultimately what made me request a refund. Also, the workouts did not seem as good as the ones she posts online, that surprised me as well.
