The workouts can be done quickly and at your current level. You can quickly increase your level as your strength increases, and it can be modified to your strength and age. Suzi is always upbeat

I am enjoying the over 40s Spring Sculpt. Suzi is easy to follow. I am taking it slowly as I am post surgery. I am unable to do full body day 1 at this stage .

I really enjoy Suzi‘s videos. I think she’s very clear in the beginning that there are only eight videos for the entire six weeks of her challenges and being on the second challenge now, I feel like this is getting even better. People talk about her chatter, but I think that that’s what makes it better for me because she’s explaining everything and making herself seem real instead of some influencer just trying to go through the motions. People who exercise, they realize that you can’t do different exercises all the time to gain muscle memory so it’s really good that she sticks with the same ones for consistency for the first three weeks. I really like her and the things that she helps teach

Due to time constraints, I am slow to move through this series of classes but I love Suzi's classes. I did the winter classes and they were the first classes in a long time that I have followed and enjoyed. I feel motivated to go to the gym and do them and the best part is they are 30mins or under which gives me to time to also walk. Building up the weights too is very satisfying. No techno music is a joy. I hope to finish spring sculpt and can't wait to see what Suzi cooks up next.

I like Suzi’s refreshing approach to working out, not slick or too pushy. The format suits me, low key and streamlined. I’d like to request a more contemporary playlist though, even though I’m 73, I like music that’s a little more hard-driving.

Ive been following Suzi on TikTok and think she's such a great motivator, very friendly and love all her videos. She makes a tough workout seem simple but well worth it on results. I like how it’s adaptable, safe for the over 50 crowd and our joints. I like her genuine realistic demeanor. She makes sure we take frequent mini breaks to hydrate and to keep our heart rates in fat burn mode. Simple straightforward and non intimidating for those of us who haven’t worked out in years.

I generally quite like the weight training segments. There are several exercises that entail jumping and twisting. I do my own alternatives as twisting isn't great for my knees. Some modifications would be helpful.

Good solid workout. I definitely feel I have a stronger upper body now. Right amount of time/length of sessions. I understand the core gets involved in each workout, but there needs to be more core isolation movements.

Suzi's videos are amateur quality. I am used to the professional instructors I train with using FITON. Their studios have professional sound quality and cameras. Suzi starts her videos either by clapping loudly in your face or constantly yelping and slapping her butt when she thinks the exercise was challenging. I get it that she's trying to encourage her audience but she has her phone too close to her so it's really loud. Also when she talks I sometimes can't understand her because her music is playing at the same volume. Very week should also be a new set of workouts so they don't become repetitive.

It's a little bit of a mixed bag for me. While I find Suzi and her workouts inspiring, the app could be so much better. When I am playing the workouts, they are freezing very often. I'm still giving it some time to try and work out the bugs, though.

I really like the Instagram workouts. The ones on the video seemed thrown together in a rush, forgetting time count and with the dogs barking, etc. The pdf seemed like it was put together with chatgpt and never even edited, very sloppy. With recipes that started on one page with just the title and the rest continued on the next page, stuff like that. The chat room did not seem very interactive. I was disappointed. I love her Instagram so much I was hoping for more. Also, normally in long challenges I have done (6-9 months) workouts are repeated yet mixed up a bit. In shorter challenges, like this one I was surprised that the workouts were the same for the first 3 weeks. That was ultimately what made me request a refund. Also, the workouts did not seem as good as the ones she posts online, that surprised me as well.
