I have consistently exercised but previously lacked a structured approach to progressing my workouts. After joining this challenge I have been following the organized training plan and increased strength training, which has significantly improved both my confidence and motivation. I now look forward to my morning workouts and am gaining a better understanding of body recomposition and the importance of adequate protein intake for muscle development. I have also implemented a calorie and protein tracking app to support my goals. This has become a meaningful and sustainable lifestyle change that I plan to continue throughout the year.

I love everything, the way the exercises are structured and the fact that I noticed changes in the second week says a lot.

When I join this challenge I wasn't sure if that would be helpful or not. Venessa helped me figure out where I was stuck and what mistakes I was doing with my nutrition and excercise. I am glad I joined.
