It’s been an interesting journey so far! Super challenging, especially since I am someone who wasn’t exercising in a disciplined manner and was wasn’t training with weights at all. At 32 I have found a passion for exercising more intentionally and I love it! This challenge taught me discipline, taught me that I should respect the process (give my body the time to adjust) and to go at my own pace. I found some workouts a bit out of my league such as the ARMRAP, the RDLs kept giving me lower back pains and I wish there was a cool down element to it after the intense workouts. But overall, great program! I would recommend this to friends.

Loved this challenge so much! I feel like I got what I wanted out if it. I feel good and see a difference in my body. The minimal workout routine that doesn’t take up my entire day. Before I thought I had to do endless cardio to lose fat and lift light but this proved otherwise.

I have consistently exercised but previously lacked a structured approach to progressing my workouts. After joining this challenge I have been following the organized training plan and increased strength training, which has significantly improved both my confidence and motivation. I now look forward to my morning workouts and am gaining a better understanding of body recomposition and the importance of adequate protein intake for muscle development. I have also implemented a calorie and protein tracking app to support my goals. This has become a meaningful and sustainable lifestyle change that I plan to continue throughout the year.

I love everything, the way the exercises are structured and the fact that I noticed changes in the second week says a lot.

When I join this challenge I wasn't sure if that would be helpful or not. Venessa helped me figure out where I was stuck and what mistakes I was doing with my nutrition and excercise. I am glad I joined.
