Just enough to push yourself but not too hard that you can’t stick it! I look forward to each new workout!

It would be great to have a warm up included like the last challenge.

I love that this workout is straight to the point! I look forward to the future challenges. I love that the format is easy to follow. I like that I can complete this workout and do mobility afterwards. Perfect balance for me!

Clamshell side planks were tough. Tried my best to modify.

I really liked the structured workout days! They flowed well for the most part though some workouts had redundant exercises. My biggest complaint is that there are only 4 workouts a week, not 6. The other 2 days are “cardio” or “active recovery” with nothing to follow more than a check box for a 20 minute light walk/ yoga/ etc. As someone who typically works out 5-6 days a week, it left me needing more. If you are coming into this maybe newer to strength training or really only want to workout 3-4 days a week, it would be a really good starter to get you moving and more recovery time. The videos were great to show movements and form.
