12 weeks was really the perfect amount of time for me to feel stronger and to - just like the name - feel like I was sustaining that strength. I love this program, I only wish it was longer and can’t wait to do it again!

I love to workout, I don’t love the gym. This is literally the best of both worlds! I have all my weights at home, music and my own pace. I don’t have to rush through, I can truly learn correct form to ensure I’m doing each workout correctly. The small videos Taylor posts of each workout are game changers! Women encouraging women. Just all around a win! 💪🏼♥️
