So far the program has me feeling good, I am not as fatigued as I thought going g 6 days a week. I love the exercises mixed with the cardio! The meal prep ideas is also a plus! This is a really good program overall.

Bounce Back Strong is exactly what I needed. The workouts are tough but doable, and I feel stronger and more confident with each session. I appreciate how the program pushes you while still feeling sustainable. Definitely worth it.
