I really like all the sessions so far. Some I have to improvise or modify but still get a good work out. The classes really help get different body parts moving. I decided to try this 6 week session to get some different work out ideas as I’m turning 70 this month. Trying to keep my body moving, toned, and flexible as I age. I walk 3-5 miles a day as I can’t run anymore. If I can’t get a class done, I make it up the next day which is easy to do.

I very much like this program. I never thought that through making small body movement exercises it would be effective. Oh I was so wrong. Love that RG demonstrates the exercise and explains the purpose. If your looking for a non cardio exercise class- this is it. Highly recommend.

I would prefer a continuous workout, not individual clips since it becomes inconvenient to keep clicking on a new video.
