This was a great set of full body workouts. I loved the option for both home and gym sets. I think the only area I didn’t get sore was my hamstrings. I know it was posted how long the completed workout should be, but I do wish it listed how long each set should be with breaks in between besides the super sets to help keep me on track. I loved that Barbie checked in daily, and she has amazing energy (following on IG felt more connected to her). I would sign up again in a heartbeat, and I will be looking for more boot camps or other workouts posted from her. Thank you Barbie for helping me get on track with my fitness journey, you’re an inspiration!

I love the structure of the workout plans and how easy it is to follow. I love that I can toggle between gym or home workouts if I don’t have all of the equipment. Seeing all the girlies getting it in is so motivating! 10/10 🙌🏼🙌🏼💗

I like the alternate way we can work out...some of the gym exercises I can do at home because I have what it takes to complete the exercises, then I switch to home to do exercises that I don't have gym equipment for.

I decided to try this program because I’ve followed you for a long time and truly admire your mindset, your discipline, and the way you communicate. You’re genuinely inspiring, and that’s what made me trust your program. The app itself is simple and easy to use, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The workout plan stays exactly the same for six weeks, no variation. On top of that, there are no explanations or voice-overs for the exercises, and no guidance on how to set up equipment. For someone without experience, this can be confusing and even unsafe. Because of this, the program feels very basic — something similar can easily be found online for free. Even for a low-cost product, I expected more guidance and structure. I still believe in your message and the value you bring as a person, but this program, in its current form, feels incomplete.
