Bailey was an amazing coach who understood our life’s challenges but continued to support us. She was very attentive and detail oriented- always there when anyone had a question. I was pushed to my limits with every workout that she thoughtfully planned for us. The community was fueled by her grace and support which became an amazing atmosphere that I looked forward to everyday. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

So far been absolutely loving the program Bailey is providing! The app is super easy to follow and the community she provides is great! She’s done a fabulous job providing support to us all! Highly recommend her challenge!

I originally started with this group with just the hope that I could get into working out without the stress of all the planning and knowing what to do because I have tried things in the past and never stuck to them they were too much and too complicated and I never finished and I have to say I am 100 percent happy that I found Bailey and the hot mom project because this is exactly what I needed to find , the workouts are enough to get progress but not too hard and complicated where I give up I find myself looking forward to the next day workout and I have felt more energized and accomplished I am forever grateful for Bailey! 5 stars and more !!

Perfect for moms! I’ve done so many challenges over the past 3 years and I’ve struggled with having to do a full hour workout. This is the perfect amount of time to get in a workout between things I need to do and I find I even have the motivation to get in some more walks since having more manageable workouts.

I love that it is so flexible and takes all the thought out of it. I can just jump in and "do it" - all at once or in blocks. Just bust it out quickly and feel stronger each day. A certified trainer has designed my workouts!

Sometimes the workouts include too many exercises with too many sets. While they are great, I find they’re a lot more time consuming than anticipated. It’s much harder to get through the workouts in a short amount of time when you’re very out of shape. I was under the impression these workouts are moms who are trying to get back into shape. Again, great workouts. I’d be eating them up if I was in shape.
