Perfect for moms! I’ve done so many challenges over the past 3 years and I’ve struggled with having to do a full hour workout. This is the perfect amount of time to get in a workout between things I need to do and I find I even have the motivation to get in some more walks since having more manageable workouts.

I love that it is so flexible and takes all the thought out of it. I can just jump in and "do it" - all at once or in blocks. Just bust it out quickly and feel stronger each day. A certified trainer has designed my workouts!

Sometimes the workouts include too many exercises with too many sets. While they are great, I find they’re a lot more time consuming than anticipated. It’s much harder to get through the workouts in a short amount of time when you’re very out of shape. I was under the impression these workouts are moms who are trying to get back into shape. Again, great workouts. I’d be eating them up if I was in shape.
