I'm enjoying the works. I like reverse planks but my wrist hurt from time to time during that particular exercise. However, I push through and circle my wrist after!

What in loved about this challenge was how holistic it was. It didn’t just focus on our physical transformation but on our spirituality. It helped me to start becoming the woman I intend to be. It held me accountable, the host encouraged us and helped us to stand back up when we fell. It is indeed an amazing community of strong women. I transformed in my mindset and my relationship with food has greatly improved. Thank you Weybrielle❤️

As a mom of two under two, life can get very hectic, but what I truly loved about this challenge was the community of moms who helped keep me motivated. It was so easy to follow along, and anytime I had doubts or questions, I was reassured right away—nothing ever went unanswered. As a busy mom, this challenge made me feel like I got a piece of myself back. Motherhood can sometimes make you feel like you lose yourself, but this reminded me that I still matter too. I learned that I don’t have to be perfect—what matters is showing up. Even on the days I fell short with workouts, I was still committed. I learned that it’s okay to fill my own cup while I pour into others. Overall, this challenge helped shape my mindset into a more positive one. It’s not just about getting your body back; it’s about shaping your mindset, setting goals, and believing that you can meet them.

I can honestly recommend Weybrielle’s workout challenge to everyone. It was and still is such a blessing to be part of a community that shares the same goals. Everyone supported each other whenever someone was feeling down. Weybrielle checked in with us every single day, motivated us, and prayed for us. I’m truly so grateful for her and the work she does.

I lost 7 lbs right in the first few weeks and it's stayed off even a few weeks later despite me being on my period now. It definitely feels more natural to hold my waist in now, I picked up habits (walking, not eating late at night anymore) that I feel I can continue for a lifetime. I feel hopeful for continued long term results.

Weybefit’s program was excellent! I learned core exercises that truly challenged me and showed fast results! I also appreciate the morning drink and eating window routines that locked me into a rhythm I can sustain. I’m continuing the exercises and practices I learned in this program so I can maintain and see more results.

I absolutely loved how encouraging, uplifting and supportive Weybrielle has been throughout the entire challenge. This challenge was simple and effective. I’ve always been aware of what I need to do to get this belly fat off but the way she broke everything down with daily, simple steps (diet and exercise) - it’s exactly what I needed. Not to mention the community of ladies that posted daily to keep us all motivated and feeling like it was a team effort. The thing I that I was reminded of, is that God is in the small wins as well as the big ones. I learned that discipline & consistency is the single most important aspect of achieving anything. Overall, I can’t wait to continue all that I’ve learned with this challenge, so that I can exceed my goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle overall. THANKS WEY!!

For a long time I was looking for a workout program that would keep me motivated and accountable then I found Weybefit. I like that it is mom focused and I love how she prays for the team. As a mom, we deal with a lot on daily basis and it was nice to have a little support group. Also, the exercises were intense but targeted the core as was promised. Not some strenuous exercises that yields nothing. Kudos to the coach!

Cons: community support Pros: I did not like that videos did not have voice overs. I rely on listening to see what exercises to do not, how to do the exercises and when to move over. I found myself a lot of times reaching stopping to look to see what exercises to do. Even with the descriptions of the correct way to do the workouts was not given. I did not like I could not minimize the notifications to notify on certain things. It was either mute all or get every like, comment, question and reply from everyone

First of all let me start of by saying I have successfully lost weight and kept the weight off after each pregnancy (3 pregnancies), so I’m not entirely new to this and kinda know what works for me. However I lacked the motivation after my fourth baby and when I saw my sister in-law’s core got smaller after she completed the first challenge, I decided to join the second for the community. I joined to be motivated but by week 2 I quickly realized this wasn’t my crowd. On my regular day without exercise, I’m averaging 10,000 steps easy and if I exercise 30 to 60 minutes daily, that’s 22,000 steps was a breeze. I was limiting myself so I didn’t come across as an over achiever in the community. I needed to be motivated, not the other way around. Secondly, the 1 to maybe 3 minutes videos demonstrating the exercise moves didn’t do it for me. I’d rather watch a fitness instructor do the entire moves and all the sets and reps and I follow along with them. These exercises were mostly core based, right? That had never been an issue for me even after 3 babies (last was a c-section.) I never had a mommy pouch. I love cardio that gets the heart pumping, sweat dripping, legs quivering. What I ended doing was leaving the challenge and I signed up for another program that fit my style of working out. I left this program weighing 220 pounds and after my own attempt I am currently 205, that’s -15 pounds loss in 4 weeks. To conclude, would I say this program works? It worked for my sister in-law. I witnessed her transformation. For the the right person it will work, just wasn’t me.
