Weybefit is amazing, not saying it just because. Sheâs on kingdom assignment, restoring hope to mommas who feel but do not feel optimal in their bodyâs but desire and deserve it. I am one of those moms whoâs grateful she stepped into purpose. One womanâs obedience is connected to so many others destiny and success, may her desire to heal herself and others spread wide as she preaches the gospel, gift mental clarity, and physical, dietary inclusion. The full body challenge is going better than I expected! I thought they were going to be more on weight training, however the way that the challenge is working best for my postpartum, starting out very gentle and at a manageable pace and level. Which is wonderful because I think I would probably have given up if there were more weight training in the beginning of the challenge, but that isnât the case. Fantastic workout program! Meal prepping is now my lifestyle!

Loving all of the workouts and the community of women/mothers who are all working towards better health and a stronger core. The way the program is set up helps me feel like this is do able, while at the same time pushes me and keeps me motivated.

I'm enjoying the works. I like reverse planks but my wrist hurt from time to time during that particular exercise. However, I push through and circle my wrist after!

What in loved about this challenge was how holistic it was. It didnât just focus on our physical transformation but on our spirituality. It helped me to start becoming the woman I intend to be. It held me accountable, the host encouraged us and helped us to stand back up when we fell. It is indeed an amazing community of strong women. As a mom of two under two, life can get very hectic, but what I truly loved about this challenge was the community of moms who helped keep me motivated. It was so easy to follow along, and anytime I had doubts or questions, I was reassured right awayânothing ever went unanswered. As a busy mom, this challenge made me feel like I got a piece of myself back. Motherhood can sometimes make you feel like you lose yourself, but this reminded me that I still matter too. I learned that I donât have to be perfectâwhat matters is showing up. Even on the days I fell short with workouts, I was still committed. I learned that itâs okay to fill my own cup while I pour into others. Overall, this challenge helped shape my mindset into a more positive one. Itâs not just about getting your body back; itâs about shaping your mindset, setting goals, and believing that you can meet them.

I can honestly recommend Weybrielleâs workout challenge to everyone. It was and still is such a blessing to be part of a community that shares the same goals. I lost 7 lbs right in the first few weeks and it's stayed off even a few weeks later despite me being on my period now. It definitely feels more natural to hold my waist in now, I picked up habits (walking, not eating late at night anymore) that I feel I can continue for a lifetime. I feel hopeful for continued long term results.

Weybefitâs program was excellent! I learned core exercises that truly challenged me and showed fast results! I also appreciate the morning drink and eating window routines that locked me into a rhythm I can sustain. I absolutely loved how encouraging, uplifting and supportive Weybrielle has been throughout the entire challenge. This challenge was simple and effective. Iâve always been aware of what I need to do to get this belly fat off but the way she broke everything down with daily, simple steps (diet and exercise) - itâs exactly what I needed. Not to mention the community of ladies that posted daily to keep us all motivated and feeling like it was a team effort. The thing I that I was reminded of, is that God is in the small wins as well as the big ones. I learned that discipline & consistency is the single most important aspect of achieving anything. Overall, I canât wait to continue all that Iâve learned with this challenge, so that I can exceed my goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle overall. THANKS WEY!!

For a long time I was looking for a workout program that would keep me motivated and accountable then I found Weybefit. I like that it is mom focused and I love how she prays for the team. As a mom, we deal with a lot on daily basis and it was nice to have a little support group. Also, the exercises were intense but targeted the core as was promised. Not some strenuous exercises that yields nothing. Kudos to the coach!

Itâs a good program for those who want to heal their core and so gentle exercises combined with steps everyday. I wish the program was a bit more clear when it comes to certain exercises as I have experienced some confusion. For example I have seen a description of an exercise while the demonstration shows a completely different exercise.

Cons: community support Pros: I did not like that videos did not have voice overs. I rely on listening to see what exercises to do not, how to do the exercises and when to move over. I found myself a lot of times reaching stopping to look to see what exercises to do. Even with the descriptions of the correct way to do the workouts was not given. I did not like I could not minimize the notifications to notify on certain things. It was either mute all or get every like, comment, question and reply from everyone

There should be an online version of this. I could not join because I gad issues accessing the app. I actually paid and wasted my money.
