This challenge has been such a positive experience for me🌟 The structure, the workouts, and the community support really helps me stay consistent and focused, even with a busy everyday life. I joined a bit late, but I still felt welcomed and motivated right away. What I appreciate the most is the balance between pushing yourself and doing things in a sustainable way. I feel supported, inspired, and genuinely excited to show up each day. I would absolutely recommend this challenge to anyone who wants to build strength, confidence, and consistency – not just physically, but mentally as well.

Yanyah’s program is thoughtfully built. This is my second time signing up with her. I’m recovering from a car accident injury from a year ago. The way the program is split allows me to develop strength without pain in between sessions. She’s responsive and checks in with the community.

I purchased this challenge with Yanyah because I’ve been following her for years and have always been so inspired by her! Who wouldn’t be! She’s as real as it gets, and in joining this challenge I see she’s everything I thought she would be in the best possible way! I’m glad I chose to do this challenge with her and the community that we have! It gives me a better direction when stepping into the gym and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone even if that means my arms feel like wet noodles after! In this challenge we all want the same thing, just to be better versions of ourselves unapologetically while going through life and really kicking ass the whole way up! I love it here!! 💯 💪🏼💕

Loving this program so far! It’s challenging, it gets me out of my comfort zone every time but I enjoy every second of it! I’m not saying it’s something that I’m eagerly waiting for during the day because I know I will have to push my limits again and again but it’s just a week in and I already see a difference. Can’t wait to see where this 8 weeks takes me

I’ve been using this app for almost 2 weeks, and I’m honestly impressed! The workouts are easy to follow, and I love that I can do most of them at home without any fancy equipment because it has both (gym and home) workouts. The app keeps me motivated with progress tracking and daily reminders , even on days when I don’t feel like working out. The community section is super encouraging too; seeing others share their progress pushes me to stay consistent. It’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket! 🙂

The program yanyah put together is great. Its powerful, yet so intentional. I love that i dont have to hop around so many different workouts but just get better and stronger for the 8 weeks. For the app it would be great if there was a way that the videos run one after the other. As if we are looking at a workout video.

I like the app and how it is built. And regarding the program itself, i was honestly expecting the videos to be more than just one shot of the exercise. For example, each exercise should have a video demonstration of a full set where Yanyah explains how to engage the body correctly to get the best results, and what we should be feeling in which muscles etc… i was a bit disappointed when i saw that it is not the case, but it’s fine.
