Important Dates:

  • January 5th: The challenge begins! You'll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.

  • January 9th: Deadline to upload 3 'before' photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.

  • February 20th: Deadline to upload 3 'after' photos by 11:59pm ET.
