Absolutely loving this 6 week program. It's 35 min per day and super easy to follow. Already seeing results, and looking forward to doing more.

I have torn tendons in my shoulders so I had to pass over or try to modify some movements. It is also was a bit of a pain to have to go back and check mark all the boxes. I like the amount of of movements and the warm up and warm down are good. I am sticking with it though. I am feeling more energetic overall, so I am pleased with that!

So far I am really happy with the program. It’s only been a week but I have been able to do 95%of the exercises. And others I adjusted. Look forward to my progress.
