The workouts have been great so far and very effective. There’s a clear daily plan, which makes the workouts easy to follow, and I’ve seen real progress and have gotten stronger.

I think its really good, i will focus on all the upper body workouts because i got 5-6 basketball sessions every week aswell, I feel like i hit every bodypart that i like so so far its a good split for me
