James has put together a solid program that meets you where you are at. His attention to detail and genuine concern for his clients shines through in his videos, descriptions, and responses to questions. He is very knowledgeable on all things fitness related, and is able to enhance or modify based on your needs. Just over halfway through the program I have lost several inches, feel stronger, see more definition, and my clothes fit better. I can't wait to see my progress at the end!

I love the workouts

The New Year Better Me challenge was just what I needed to jump start the new year by taking my fitness journey to the next level ! And with our amazing captain Que giving us incredible guided workouts and daily motivation , we had just what we need to be successful. From start to finish, her energy, structure, and encouragement made such a difference in my experience and results. She is truly amazing at what she does. Que’s passion for fitness and genuine care for each person in the program really shined through and exceeded expectations!

Hybrid Sculpt with Kiara & Neko is the perfect balance of strength, mobility and conditioning. I am a mom of 5 (between the ages of 7 years old and 9 months old) and the exercises helped reduce the diastasis recti developed from pregnancy from a 4 finger separation to now a 2 finger almost 1 finger separation. While the workouts challenged me, they were also simple and straightforward.
