Excellent challenge. I felt my strength greatly improve. My knees, core, hips and glutes are more stable and stronger. I love the format of the program. So glad I discovered this challenge. I am going to be repeating it with progressive overload/or advancing the move the next 6 weeks. I will probably get her glute builder program next.

Cheryl is an extremely knowledgeable and inspirational coach! Her programs are amazing!! I just completed my second challenge with Cheryl and have gone from a size 8 in jeans to a size 0. I can also see a huge difference in my muscle definition and strength. Excited to start the next challenge!!

Best purchase I made in 2026 so far! It was much more than I expected - the support and advice from coaches whenever you need and motivation from the community made me stick to the plan and for the first time ever I excersised for 6 weeks straight with no breaks. I wasn’t hoping to see results but was actually shocked that it was visible already after 6 weeks. Highly recommend!

I'm working on my second time through this program and I am building on the knowledge and strength I gained the first time! Overtime I have reconnected with different areas of my core and am working on building strength and stability. Anna is so knowledgeable and passionate, it is difficult to not be positive and hopeful.

I truly enjoyed this challenge and would advise anyone who is uncertain if they want to join the next one, that it’s absolutely worth the money, the time and the effort. Shauna is such a great coach, sharing all her knowledge in the best and easiest way to understand. The challenge has built a strong foundation for me to keep going on my own. The community and Shauna helped to also shift my mindset, not chasing the scale but looking for other signs, like measurement and pictures. Comparing the before and after pictures I’m really proud of what I have achieved with this great bunch of women., especially Shauna 😍

This program has been so unique for me. I have followed trainer led programs for years. I wasn't sure how I would like self paced, but I found reaching new PRs to be easier & so self motivating. The tracker for each workout is exceptional. You can click on the clipboard to see multiple past weeks at once. One improvement I would make- for each move, I wish there was a picture of a human body & highlight which muscle group should be activated for that particular move. ie- reverse lunges or Bulgarian split squats can be fosued in different areas
