Skyla has made this 6 week program so easy to accomplish our goals with step by step instructions and videos. You can tell she put her all into her program to make sure we are reaching our full potential every week. I’ve struggled so much with getting back to me after having my three kids and I can confidently say I’m seeing results and feeling more and more like my old self again. Highly recommend and will be back!! The community she has built and support is everything. ❤️ 🥹

Because it’s only heavy lifting 3x per week, I’m able to give it my all on weight lifting days. I’ve done 4 lifting sessions so far and I can see my little muscles poking through. I’m 5’5” and about 137 pounds. I decided to do this program because I appreciate CeCe’s story and because I haven’t had success on my own. I’ve officially entered into post menopause and with my hormones crashing for the past few years, it’s been unusually difficult to keep my muscle tone. So far this seems to do the trick. On off days I do a fat burning cardio and the vibration plates to stimulate osteoblasts. Fat burning cardio is rather easy on the stair stepper.

The workouts are amazing. I actually enjoy them a lot. She really motivates you during the workout to get through the tough parts. I am excited to finish the whole challenge and see results.

I absolutely loved the program. The community and check ins were my favorite part. Jaz encouraged us daily and provided so much support through the process. Even on the days I felt tired, I knew I was able to make modifications to the workouts with ease. I’m so glad I signed up for this program. Not only did it increase my confidence in the gym, but it also empowered me to have energy and motivation to workout with purpose! Will have this program on repeat. Also I loved the tracking feature in the app, it helped me increase my load overtime and track my progress and records!

This my fourth challenge with Cheryl and I can honestly say I've NEVER been stronger in my life and I'll be turning 60 this month! I've never stuck with anything for this long. I actually look forward to the workouts. Although there are days when I drag myself to get started, I am always so glad when I am done. I have not missed a single workout in almost 7 months. I can rearrange workouts and rest days to accomodate life-ing so that I can make this commitment to my health. Cheryl and the community in these challenges are so supportive and inspiring that I will sign up for any and all future challenges without question. Thank you Cheryl, for creating this wonderful content for all of us...the younger, the older and everyone in between!
