I loved how easy it was to stay consistent with the exercises and to challenge yourself on the increasing the weight/reps. What I wish to see more of demonstrations of proper usage of the resistance bands as to what they have for the dumbbells. Other than that, it was still a great challenge to accomplish! 10/10 would definitely do another one.

Great workout! Tough and satisfying even after my 41 mile bike ride. My ride was all hills so my legs have had a real workout!
