This program with Cee has been a game changer for me. Post menopause I have struggled with finding the right way to keep my body strong and my metabolism from the downward spiral. As a physician I know this is often how we women start to unwind health wise and really start to age quickly. I have tried several things on my journey-HIIT workouts, bootcamp, pilates, cardio which I used to love but post menopause exhausts me and didn't seem to help. This program is so elegantly simple but so well thought out to maximize the outcome. Cheryl is such a good trainer who is always educating as to the "why" with evidence based information, always updating in real time using very reliable sources which is so important in a time when it is difficult to sift through all the information that technology makes available. Her nutritional program is simple and easy to follow focusing on real whole foods not some complicated fad program which requires buying a lot of supplements. This is a program designed for women for the long haul to improve strength, function, bone density and longevity and the way we think about aging. Additionally, the community of women is such a positive and, for me, unexpected benefit. So encouraging to see these women from everywhere just like me encouraging one another and getting it done. A+ Cheryl! You're knocking it outta the park! This is my first challenge but I am now signed up for Cee's annual program!

Lift'n Burn · Lift with Cee Annual
This is my most honest review of my first Summer Strong challenge with Cheryl. I was always skinny and consistent with training throughout my life. However, three years ago, I gained 10 kg (perimenopause). The same weight I had during one of my pregnancies! I did everything—and more—and still, nothing changed. I followed workout programs from two well-known trainers, and nothing. The way I had always eaten no longer worked. I'm a nutrition professor, and even that didn’t help! No diet worked—not even the one heavily promoted by a famous doctor specializing in menopause. Nothing…
Still, being used to training 5 times a week, I started the challenge full of doubts: what could I possibly achieve by training just 3 times a week if nothing had changed with 5?
Nevertheless, I committed to following Cheryl to the letter. And… the magic happened without me even realizing it. Through her pedagogy, Cheryl made it clear that the key was training to muscle failure. The goal wasn’t to lose weight. The goal wasn’t “next month.” The goal was today: to push every set to failure. Nothing more.
And after 6 weeks, where the goal shifted from losing weight to becoming strong, everything changed. Did I lose weight? No. But the mirror shows a completely different image. Fat was burned and muscle was built. The before-and-after photos are the kind I normally wouldn’t believe when I see them on social media. Don’t believe me? Do the challenge and see for yourselves! Give yourself that gift

I have done many fitness programs over the past 13 years, not only general fitness programs, but specific programs for pregnancy, postpartum, diastasis recti, pelvic floor, and more. This is the best experience that I have had by far. When I reached out to Anna, she gave me plenty of information to help me decide on the best option for me. Moving into the actual program, I love the in depth education at the start that gives you the groundwork to understand why you are going to be doing what you are doing. It also leans into how to promote your success within the program by being mindful of your "stack" and alignment throughout day to day life. Within the training through motherhood program, there is a mix of strength training and deep floor and pelvic floor, with different tabs based on where you are at in your journey (pregnancy, postpartum, standard, modified). This makes this being a forever yours program even more valuable. The flow of the workouts are easy to follow, which makes me "keep at my workout" because I don't end up taking longer breaks when the break time is not long enough for me or vice versa. The weekly zoom calls for the challenge program is a big game changer too. Like where else can you get on a live video call with the creator to ask questions in real time? This is on top of the community page where you can get support from Anna and the community of other Moms. Anna's true passion for health and fitness, in addition to her genuine care for the women she works with is truly inspiring. I want to be just like her when I grow up ;) I thank God for the blessing she has been.

Send challenge I've done with Michael and this one finally got me over the plateau I'd been stuck on for a year. Started Heat Wave at 212 and finished at 201, but the number I actually care about is my squal - added 35lbs in six weeks because the progressive overload is programmed like actually expects you to follow it. The daily structure took all the tinking out of it: open the app, do the work, log it, done. When my lower back tweaked in week 3 I posted in the community half-expecting silence and michael replied within the hour with two swaps that kept me training through it. My wife started asking what Ive been doing differently, which honestly is the only review that matters. Already signed up for whatever comes next.

I almost didn't sign up for the 6 Week Heat Wave because I'd fallen off hard since last summer — barely training twice a week and eating like garbage. Six weeks later I'm down 9 lbs, my lifts are back over where they were a year ago, and I actually look forward to training again. The programming is the real deal: every week built on the last, the supersets kept sessions under an hour, and the mobility finishers quietly fixed the shoulder pinch I'd been ignoring for months. What surprised me most was Michael himself — I asked a question about substituting dumbbells for the barbell days and he answered in the community same day with an actual video. Week 4 I wanted to quit during the leg circuit and the check-in thread kept me honest. If you're on the fence, just do it — this is the first program I've finished start to finish and I'm rolling straight into whatever he drops next.

Could not say enough good things about this program or Emma! She has allowed me to take care of myself AND my baby - I’ve been able to continue exclusively breastfeed and still lose weight/gain muscle (without being miserable). I 100% thought I was going to have to cut my breastfeeding journey short when my second time around PP I tried another program that caused my supply to drop so suddenly that I had to stop nursing my son (amongst other reasons) so when my daughter wouldn’t take a bottle well, I thought I was screwed with weightloss and spent my first 3.5 months pp hating my body instead of feeling grateful - spent it fantasizing about stopping and doing a GLP-1. Thank you, Emma for not making me choose, my daughter and I owe you our breastfeeding journey joy 💕💪🏼

And the pelvic floor focus has changed my life, I no longer have any prolapse symptoms!! I would HIGHLY recommend Anna’s programs to anyone who is looking to improve lifting form and function and have a damn good time while doing it! 💪💪

This is my 8th Challenge and my results over the past year alone have surpassed everything I was trying to accomplish over the previous 5 years. The update to 3 week blocks accelerated my progress last challenge big time. Cee has exceptional coaching skills for this type of virtual format. Two things really sets her apart: primary focus is doing the challenge with us gives credibility to the model. Secondly, she posts the most helpful insights and advice that is “good, bad and ugly” - the reality of our real world experiences with post-meno struggles and regaining total wellness. I’m age 61, traveling heavily for work and global adventures. So thankful for a program that fits on my mobile phone and can be done in hotel gyms everywhere! No turning back now 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am a post menopausal physician and I been looking for something like this in the medical field forever. With my pregnancies, my pelvis became loose and I struggled for years with SI joint and pubic symphysis pain. I've been to PT many times, but nobody taught me the connection between body and breath. I'm only 3 weeks in, and I'm bounding, jumping and doing lunges without any pelvic pain. And, I have significant arthritis in my knee. I never thought I could do all of these exercises - especially agility.
I took it slow in the beginning and my knee got sore, but now I'm doing everything except the roll ups (as I can't bend my knee far enough to get them under me) and my knee feels great! It's so nice to do these at home, so I can modify my techniques as needed without feeling like the whole class is wondering what I am doing. Thank you, Anna <3

The MLAM Challenge has hands down helped me show up as a better wife, a better mother, and a better person for my family.
When I first joined, all I wanted was to lose weight and flatten my tummy. I would avoid looking in the mirror because I didn’t recognize the person staring back at me. After my C-section, I couldn’t understand why it felt so difficult to strengthen my core and regain confidence in my body.
As I committed to the challenge week after week, I began to notice something unexpected — I was getting stronger.
Not just physically, but mentally too.
I learned how to manage pressure in a way I never had before. Anna has an incredible gift for teaching this, with so many variations, options, and practical tools that meet you where you’re at.
Along the way, I fell in love with working out on a whole new level.
My mindset shifted from “I just want to lose weight” to “I want to keep getting stronger.”
One of the biggest transformations wasn’t physical at all. After having a baby, I realized this is my WOMAN body. I stopped chasing the idea of getting back to who I was before pregnancy and started embracing who I am now.
I have a beautiful body that carried and brought life into this world. A body that I can continue to strengthen, care for, and appreciate. Today, I am stronger than I was before I got pregnant.
It wasn’t easy.
During week two, my baby girl entered a major sleep regression and had the longest cold she’s ever had. I was exhausted. The broken sleep took a toll on both my body and my mind. But I made the decision to keep showing up and doing what I could each day.
Anna’s approach of balancing grace with consistency, combined with the support of this incredible community, has been an absolute game changer for me.
And here’s the truth:
IT WASN’T PERFECT— and it never will be.
Some days I couldn’t make it to the gym, so I worked out at home with limited equipment and made it work. I learned that progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, adapting, and staying committed even when life gets messy.
This challenge gave me so much more than physical results. It gave me confidence, strength, resilience, and a whole new appreciation for what my body is capable of.
Anna is the real deal. Her knowledge, experience, and passion are evident in every workout, lesson, and interaction. It’s so refreshing in the fitness industry to learn from someone who genuinely cares, practices what she teaches, and empowers women with education and confidence instead of chasing quick results.
Will absolutely be continuing in Anna’s programs!
I’m incredibly grateful for this journey.

January 2026 - I was 8 weeks out from knee surgery, feeling trapped and honestly unsure if I’d ever move my body the same way again. That surgery forced me to slow way tf down and tune into myself at a level I’d never had to when it came to fitness. I’ve had injuries before, but none I didn’t just plow straight through. 🫣 And honestly? That’s probably exactly what landed me where I was. 😂
I’d done some of Cheryl’s workouts on YouTube, but I committed to the Build to Burn Blueprint 6-week challenge through Solin. Cheryl’s programming is for anyone who wants to get strong AF but feels especially dialed in for women navigating all the stages of menopause, honoring the shifts happening in our bodies whether we like it or not and kinda telling them to STFU. 🤪 So I did the first one. Then another. Just completed #3 and I’ve already signed up for my 4th!!!
I may not be running the way I was pre-surgery, mostly because I’m not filling my life with cardio alone anymore but also I don’t want another injury to sideline my progress. I am getting stronger. The trends are moving in the right direction. And you know what else I am? Confident in my skin. Strong and still carrying excess skin from growing 4 babies. Strong and still rocking saggy boobs (thank God for good sports bras 😂). Strong and still showing every wrinkle and bit of crepey skin I’ve earned. Our bodies are beautiful and incredible in every stage, and being able to actually live in that confidence? PRICELESS! 💜
The support that comes from a community of strangers turned biggest cheerleaders is truly unmatched. It’s a sisterhood that never wavers. We show up for hard days, happy days, personal battles, PRs, fears, and everything in between.
We are warriors.
We are community.
We are strong AF. 💪

When I started this program, my goal was to lose weight. That hasn't happened (yet)... I've actually gained a pound and am NOT mad about it.
Because, what HAS happened has been absolutely life-changing.
In a couple of months, I'll be 57 years old. Since starting Lift & Burn 5 weeks ago, I've lost fat and gained muscle, I'm starting to see abs and jawline for the first time in many, many years. I'm proud to look in the mirror and no longer feel compelled to hide my body. I went shopping for a dress for my son's grad and actually looked for one that would show off my arms (whaaat?!) I'm a life-long under eater but now hit my macros daily. The unseen things I am MOST excited about? In 5 weeks, my blood pressure has normalized, chronically low HRV is now climbing, I have more energy and less brain fog, and my deep sleep ratio has doubled. And the joint aches i assumed were just part of aging... gone!
My mindset is that being committed about my 3x/week lifting and hitting my daily macro and sleep targets is just how I live now and it has been life-changing. Thank you, Cee! Can't wait to show you my before & after pics next week!

I’ve loved everything about this program. I cannot believe how much stronger I feel in just five weeks. Honestly, I felt stronger by week three, my clothes fit better, carrying my baby around all day feels like a breeze, no more tired arms or back pain. My pelvic floor is stronger, I can run after my bigger kids with no leaking or worry of peeing. That was a big win for me. I did Emma’s pelvic floor program too, three weeks in preparation for this. I lost 20 pounds so far but I’m just shocked how much stronger I feel overall. I cannot thank Emma enough for creating this program. I hope she doesn’t change a thing. I loved that the workout were the same each week, made the workouts smoother because I didn’t have to rewatch videos, I could just start. I liked knowing what to expect. My favorite part was including my baby though, she never once felt like a burden, just an adorable bonus weight option. Thank you Emma, for rewriting the narrative for us mommas. 💪🏼🤗

This is my first challenge with Cheryl after having followed her for a while on IG. I had just come off a 12 week, 4 split days per week + cardio program with an in person trainer due to some back issues and was looking for something to challenge yet respect both my (mature) body, busy schedule and lower my stress. I am almost done with my fifth week and have already seen more progress than the entire 12 weeks program prior. Cheryl’s daily coaching and in-depth insight as well as the community within the challenge are second to none. I am hooked and a “for-life’er” now. I highly recommend this!!

Baby Weighted: The Rebuild Vol. 2 · Baby Weighted Membership
