You may notice this program takes a slightly different approach to rest days and workout structure. This is intentional. It is designed based on what has consistently worked best for glute development through my own training experience over the past 10 plus years.

I really like it! I’m a week in and I feel my glutes targeted in these exercises. I like that it works out a simple split for you to hit glues more than the typical. She encourages 7 days a week and with these exercises it makes it doable and enjoyable! I definitely think you get your moneys worth.

I didn’t believe I was showing any progress until other people pointed it out. My glutes DEFINITELY grew, and I noticed my waist actually toned up a bit too, so that was a plus. I will be repeating to continue seeing gains.

Hi, I'm Amely. I've been passionate about fitness and sports for as long as I can remember.
