I really like it! I’m a week in and I feel my glutes targeted in these exercises. I like that it works out a simple split for you to hit glues more than the typical. She encourages 7 days a week and with these exercises it makes it doable and enjoyable! I definitely think you get your moneys worth.

I didn’t believe I was showing any progress until other people pointed it out. My glutes DEFINITELY grew, and I noticed my waist actually toned up a bit too, so that was a plus. I will be repeating to continue seeing gains.

Hi, I'm Aimee. I've been passionate about fitness and sports for as long as I can remember. Growing up in an active household inspired me to live an active lifestyle of my own, and in high school I was the girl who went for runs almost every evening because I loved how fit and energized it made me feel. After college, I discovered weight training and quickly fell in love with the gym. Wanting to deepen my understanding of fitness, I studied personal training and began learning everything I could about exercise, nutrition, and muscle growth. Over the years, I've experimented with different training methods and built the glutes I've always wanted through consistency, progressive overload, and evidence-based training principles. Today, I'm passionate about helping other women simplify the process and achieve their own glute growth goals.
