I liked the format, and variation of the exercise sets. They helped reinforce the muscle movement necessary for the exercises. It has made the challenge worthwhile.

I started following Alejandro months ago on Instagram and it was a no brainer to enter the challenge! His 20 minutes go a long way in moving and feeling better. I really like the Full length versions of of Main block and cool down. I hope he does another month that continues to have more advanced moves!!

Stretching your hips is the focus. This challenges your balance as well. I would definitely recommend this to everyone of all ages.

Very clear instructions and visuals. The moves are more difficult than they seem at first, definitely feeling the stretch. It is just the right amount of time and reps.

I've thoroughly enjoyed this little routine!! I've mentioned before how much I love the hip hinge and kickstand hinge! I have horses and mules and today I went out to do some trims on my mules hooves which involves holding the hoof with your knees and using both hands to rasp the hoof. Its an odd and difficult position but today I notices a huge difference in strength . I was truly amazed cuz its only been a week but wow!!! Made the whole chore easier for me and the animal cuz I really had a steady hold of the hoof. Looking foreward to this week and ill still do the hinge !!

The workouts have been excellent. I typically work out at a field away from WiFi and have found difficulty having the modules load while on a cellular signal. At home, it is no problem. Overall excellent training.

I loved the workout. Still a few more days. My legs got stronger after the first week. It was amazing. I'm very active. Live off grid . Horses and chores and I clean houses for work so even still, there's muscles that needed awakening. My only complaint is the inconsistencies with each day. Sometimes you could play all and sometimes you couldn't. Kinda seemed a bit unorganized but I figured it out. Its been worth the money! Thanks.

The app and the workout are well organized and easy to use. Well done in this regard. The program itself probably isn’t what I needed. About half the movements are useful to me. I suspect this was aimed at the elderly but didn’t see that in the marketing. The good though is I’ve been doing it everyday and it’s forced me to get moving.
