I know what it’s like to feel held back by your own body. Several months ago I noticed myself spending more time sitting, and working bent over my devices. An old injury, my lower back, started to act up, and I knew it was time to return to basics. I went easy on myself, and spent more time focusing on bodyweight exercises and smooth, intentional movement. That time spent resetting inspired my programs!
I wanted to give followers something more structured and longterm than my content. I focused on the logic of the progressions, and making sure each week builds off the previous week. This programming keeps it effective yet simple, you never have to worry about deciding what to do next!
This challenge isn’t about pushing harder or stretching aggressively. It’s about restoring mobility the right way, through consistent gentle movement. It’s hard enough to keep you engaged, but manageable enough that you can maintain your routine long after it’s over!

What if I’m coming from the last program?

The last program used 15 minute daily exercises for 30 days, to help participants wake up stiff, tight muscles. I have a similar approach and tone for this challenge, but it uses longer sessions and progressions to restore more strength and mobility, and form the habit of intentional movement practice.
You can start wherever feels best for you! Or if you’re ready to move on from my last program, you will find this one to be a healthy step forward!

MY BIO
I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. However, my love for movement started long before that, with martial arts and dance in my early teens. I enjoyed exploring many forms of both, until a significant back injury in my 20s. This led me back to school, and reignited my passion for fitness, with an equal interest in science-based practices, healthy joint movement, recovery and mobility. A decade of coaching and personal training, and recovering from my injury, has helped shape my approach to safe, sustainable mobility. And I look forward to sharing it with you!
