The exercises are awesome and at the end of the day , you feel good , that you’re making progress day by day. The only thing that it would be helpful is to get for each exercise a few details and descriptions , (for someone who doesn’t know a clue) although it’s perfect , for real! 🫶🏼❤️

The warmup is fire! I really like it and it made a big difference with my previous workouts. As for the main workout, I like that there are five exercises. It is doable and it makes me motivated to finish it in contrast to many exercises which would make me bored to start. The exercises are very good and I feel the soreness in different parts of the body, which means that it is adequately designed to balance the targeted areas (glutes and back). The abs are killer. I followed it for 2-3 weeks I think, but then I let it go. Instead I do abs in the machine in the gym. The programme for the core is amazing, don’t get me wrong, it is just not for my body. I used to do something similar when I was doing pilates, but Amalias exwrcises are way better and more complete. Unfortunately these exercises make my neck hurt. My body prefers gym machines, steady, protecting the back, protecting the knees, protecting the neck. Exercises which require my own body weight are not for me- unfortunately. This is one of the reasons I love Amalia’s main workout exercises, because the majority of them are done in machines. Lastly, the cooldown is very good to keep me from hurting afterwards. In general, Amalia’s programme supports muscle growth and made my body stronger. I feel it is very productive rather than overwhelming. I have not lost a lot of weight, but I see differences in my body and I love it. I do not regret following it and I will surely include it in my future workouts as well. I am also excited to see what else Amalia has in store for us, because she has won me over as far as workouts is concerned 🥰💪 Last but not least, the community created here inspired me to stay consistent. Thank you Amalia, thank you girls, thank you Solin for this opportunity!

I am entering 4th week using the app. By now both the app and the program of Amalia is what they promised! The app is easy to use. The program of Amalia speaks to a girl's heart and why is that? Firstly, it gives full guidance & it covers every muscle of the body. Secondly, she has created such a supportive community, so empowering for women. Lastly , it's VERY simple to follow. It doesn't overwhelm you AND the progress feels really fast because of its simplicity. That's just my opinion. Amalia you are such an inspiration. ❤️ Keep going girl. The world is yours! 🥰
