Liked the clear list of what I’m doing and how each workout was separated by the day. I enjoy the workout as a whole. Some videos of photos of the exercise would be an added bonus. I had to Google a few just to remind myself of form. I’ve been workout of for 15 years so people new to weight training might find more guidance very helpful.
