I began my exercise journey after the birth of my second child in 2006. I wanted to lose my baby weight, feel more energised and be able to deal with the pressures of being a busy wife, mother and working part-time. After many years of trying different exercise routines and eating regimes, I had a desire to share my experiences with others. I went on to achieve an Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, with an additional Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral which enables me to take referrals from G.P.’s for illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. My passion is to encourage people to find a way of becoming fitter, healthier and be the best version of themselves. I believe a healthy lifestyle is in everyone’s reach, no matter how hectic their lives are, what level their fitness is and what stage of life they are at. Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves.
