100% loved Bonge’s challenge! I hope to join the next one. The difficulty level was just right for us beginners! She has helped jumpstart my fitness journey and I can’t thank her enough!! She did check-ins, encouraged us, and taught us how to engage our core during each exercise, and helped us with our form. As expected, the Bonge Gumede results don’t lieeee!! Months later, I am still following some of the exercises she provided in this challenge. Highly recommend!

I like how Bonge conducts her training, she explains every workout using layman terms! It also feels like she is in the room with you! I have been enjoying working out and I haven’t been feeling pin like I usually do

It's a 10/10 challenge; I would recommend it. I have completed a couple of Bonge’s challenges, and this one, like the others, did not disappoint; my results speak for themselves. The challenge was not too intense, but it also was not too easy; I challenged myself because the most important thing I learned from the challenge was how to show up, and the vibes provided by Bonge made it a lot easier because she always came with the correct energy. If you are considering purchasing this challenge, I 110% recommend it !!!

I really love how Bonge makes you feel like she's right there wih you, pushing and encouraging. the workouts are challenging but they leave me wanting to be and do better. I am truly loving each week and I can't wait for future challenges.

I like the instructional videos especially concerning correct form that's been very helpful to me. I purchased this challenge for the purpose of growing in my fitness journey but more importantly to challenge my consistency.
