Millions of women (me included) bought into the lie that the body is a perpetual "fix-it" project, and the endless chase of "the body". Many of us have dedicated almost decades to pursuing "appearance" as the equal to "health"; this challenge is a challenge to the mind, the heart and of course your physical fitness. Fitness should support the life you are called to; not consume it: that may be equipping the body to sustain a demanding career (or whatever the calling is), supporting the structural integrity to hold a household together, and the durability to remain completely independent at 80 years old.
Fitness does not have to be complicated or inaccessible; this challenge uses no more than 5 pieces of equipment, a 4-day split (while still prioritising movement beyond the gym through using the rest of the week for walks, running clubs, pilates, swimming sessions or any recreational activity that suits one's lifestyle because true fitness isn't built on a 45 minute workout but rather the lifestyle that surrounds it. Stewardship.
The challenge takes you 3 progressive phases of training designed to take you from foundational movement (e.g. teaching you how to actually do an RDL well through hinge patterns, how to build strength, how to improve your flexibility, how to track your growth through the weeks to measure your progress etc.) into higher levels of strength, endurance, performance, and capability. Every phase builds on the last intentionally (which means one has to complete the previous phase to progress to the next - to encourage teamwork, discipline, accountability and consistency).
We want strength that actually works, health that actually lasts and a body that can actually serve to where one has been called.

[FAQ: where does fat loss fit in with stewardship focused training?
fat loss is a byproduct and a guaranteed result for training that prioritises building muscle as muscle building is the most sustainable fat loss strategy. Progressive strength training sends a preservation signal; telling the body it needs muscle so fat becomes the preferred fuel source over time rather than muscle tissue. Combined with adequate protein intake, this is how the body composition shifts and stays shifted. We also drive into cortisol which is usually the main pain point for most women struggling with stubborn fat].

It's a 10/10 challenge; I would recommend it. I have completed a couple of Bonge’s challenges, and this one, like the others, did not disappoint; my results speak for themselves.
