Hey guys - this is a 4-week powerbuilding protocol I created for myself. It's a 5 day / week training split, focusing heavily on compound movements (squat, bench, deadlifts) with accessory movements each day. For our compound movements, we will be basing everything off a percentage of our 1 rep max so that we can progressively overload the muscles and add strength + size over each training cycle. I've found this is the optimal way to get stronger and make sure we hold ourselves accountable each day in the gym. This program can be used back to back over time with a deload week after each 4 week cycle to build strength & size. We'll also have a private community that I'll be active in where we can hang out, ask questions, & crush it together.
