Bell is an awesome coach, I’ve done online personal training with her and currently doing her 6 week program The Rebuild (which is SO good). She’s someone you can trust, knowledgeable and motivational. This program is perfect whether it’s to get you into the gym for the first time or back into the groove of working out!
