The workouts are amazing, I definitely feel better than a week ago!

I personally wasn’t able to complete the whole 4 week challenge bc of personal issues and I’m a beginner so it was a little difficult for me BUT I love the app!! The days I’m ready to work out, I follow all the exercises from home and I feel great!!! Can’t wait to start getting a little more comfortable and doing the actual 4 week challenge!

Celina I will forever be grateful for you, thank you for providing us with these life changing challenges and blessing us with your knowledge. Every time I see my results and notice the difference in my body always makes me want to push harder and not quit cause man some days were tough! I’ve come a long way and lost a little over 30lbs since I decided to follow Celina in the beginning of last year for my first challenge. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Definitely seeing progress in first week.. of course if you really apply yourself and follow through! Celina is a great communicator as well. She makes sure to clear up any confusions or concerns. Also great at checking in and cheering you on!

So far, this challenge has been great. The workouts are straight forward and doable yet, makes you get in some good sweat. This is just what I needed as a working mom with a crazy schedule! Celina has also been a great support & attentive through it all.

I purchased this product in hopes to tone my body and feel more comfortable in it as well as incorporating more exercise that way I can be healthy as well, so far there’s nothing I dislike I think from my end I just feel like certain exercises I’m not in the correct form, and I feel like I don’t feel the muscles getting worked where they should be. For example, if we’re working on glutes, I’ll feel it in my quads so I think my form is wrong and I’m not targeting what I should be other than that everything else is pretty great !! (:
