I love that the workout is detailed and includes a video that demonstrates how to properly perform the exercises. I especially appreciate that there is a choice to do the exercise at home or at the gym. I choose this because I found Chantel to be relatable and she has also shown her fitness journey. I struggle with eating properly and knowing what to do at home or at the gym. This program took away the guesswork and made it easy for me to follow along and stay consistent

I really loved this 4 week challenge, unfortunately I couldn’t make it to the gym 7 days a week I make it at 3x. The challenge was successfully for me and I did achieve some results……….Thanks Channy your the best and I’m looking forward for our next challenge 💪🏾🔥🫶🏾🔥
