This program is GREAT! Chelsea has a well thought out plan for body recomp. This is a progressive plan that repeats movements each week so you can gauge your progress and add more weight. Highly recommend.

I’ve struggled with weight loss and muscle building for years! After following Chelsea on IG for about 6 years I finally took the leap for some of her challenges which I can say, I’ve LOVED! She is dedicated, knows her stuff, and is truly trying to change the lives of many! So glad I stumbled across your page all those years ago!

I love this work out! Well all of them. I would love to be able to click on the videos without my music on my AirPods pausing. I have to toggle back and forth between music and videos. A little frustrating especially when I good song is on and the vibe his high.

I really enjoy the heavier weight low reps vs high. I’m so use to a sorta heavy weight and many reps workouts that this is already making me feel strong! And it helps me to slow down the movement and focus on what I’m doing.

So far I’m liking the app. It’s very user friendly and easy to use. I’m loving my new program! I like that I have a gym or at home workout option. Like the community feature too through the app as well
