I loved everything about my experience. It’s like I was live and exercising with the instructor, Christina! She made my experience incredible and be at my own pace with alternative methods if I couldn’t do something. Her pace was on point and perfect for a beginner like me who has no clue about exercising whatsoever! I recommend her to everyone, she’s amazing and makes you feel amazing too.

I loved this challenge! It definitely kept me motivated and made me feel more accountable because I knew I had to get on every day and get my workout done. Christina’s workouts were great and I loved that they were always different. I can definitely see and feel that I’ve gained muscle over these 4 weeks! The app was super easy to use too.
