I am at the end of week 3 of the Anime Sculpt Challenge, it’s been so rewarding! Coralie created a community for woman to grow together physically & share their journey along the way. My results so far are very encouraging. I am so thankful I signed up for this!

I love this challenge so far.. The reason I joined this challenge is to build strength, focus on body recomposition, and build muscle. Also a + have a supportive community all working and pushing each other to become our best selves. Once I finish this challenge I’ll feel more confident, disciplined and proud of myself.

Amazing! The visuals, videos, and artistic direction are incredibly beautiful. I’d love more written explanations for each exercise and warm-up videos directly in the workout of the day

Le programme est incroyable! Le fait d’avoir une communauté permet de se motiver à s’entraîner quand certains jours sont plus compliqués. J’avais déjà acheté le premier programme Space Booty et ici le fait de pouvoir avoir le suivi automatique de ses reps et poids est juste génial !

Le programme est génial, on peut se challenger au fur et à mesure des semaines et le fait que l'on puisse partager et se motiver avec les participantes est un véritable plus d'autant plus que Coralie est toujours dispo pour nous !! Que du positif Merci Coralie 💞💞

I love this challenge! I’ve tried many in the past that wouldn’t stick after a few days but the community and the exercises have been phenomenal! Definitely is part of the reason why i wake up motivated so early in the morning

All of the workouts are challenging! The community support is very helpful with women sharing their recipes and personal challenges they are overcoming in order to show up everyday! We’re being pushed in a loving way and this is the best fitness group I’ve ever experienced!

This is the first time I have tried a workout program, and after completing the first week, I can say I have no regrets. I've always struggled to stick to a workout routine - if you're busy, it's easy to make excuses. But so far, I didn't skip a single day because I've been so excited and motivated. There is access to a wonderful community, where participants can post and comment on their progress. Coralie is very active, providing encouragement and answering questions. The platform itself is easy to use - there are short videos by Coralie demonstrating each exercise, you can add notes, and input weights and reps per set. I'm looking forward to the rest of the challenge and I think it's absolutely worth the investment for lifetime access to the content!
