Great workouts

To be honest, I'm very happy with the program. I think the exercises are very easy, whether you're a beginner or more advanced; they're exercises you can easily master.

I'm learning to do exercises well so that I don't feel pain in my knees. Very nice exercises. I have the biggest problem with the diet because I hate monotony. My English, which I don't speak very well, is also a delicate problem. It's a pity that there is no sample weight given

I am at the end of week 3 of the Anime Sculpt Challenge, it’s been so rewarding! Coralie created a community for woman to grow together physically & share their journey along the way. My results so far are very encouraging. I am so thankful I signed up for this!

Love it🩷🩷

I’ve so far felt amazing following Coralies program. Very well structured, easy to understand and follow in terms of video content provided and you genuinely feel the burn/ satisfaction following the exact weekly workout split. I’ve got nothing but pleasant things to say about it, absolutely love it.

Le programme est super ! Je suis vraiment contente d’y participer cela m’a accompagné à reprendre le chemin de la salle avec enthousiasme ❤️

Séance 1 ✅️

I loved the workouts and the motivation from Coralie. She really inspire us with this challenge! Getting the most out of it 🙌🏻

The program is super complete and really well explained! And the community? Absolutely amazing—so kind and motivating. Coralie, you’ve done an incredible job, you should be so proud of yourself, girl!! Keep going!! 💪✨”

Coralie is simply the best at what she does. She is very down to earth and makes the screen and social media barrier fade. The programs is incredible without any surprise. It feels like she puts her soul in everything she does. She is very hard working and deserves the success she is receiving. I hope she keeps being the humble soul who made me change my mind about social media creators. Keep going Coco <3

Cette série était parfaite ! Et là je ressens bien les efforts 😊💕

I love this challenge so far.. The reason I joined this challenge is to build strength, focus on body recomposition, and build muscle. Also a + have a supportive community all working and pushing each other to become our best selves. Once I finish this challenge I’ll feel more confident, disciplined and proud of myself.

There’s a very good structure and the workouts are challenging. I love this.

Amazing! The visuals, videos, and artistic direction are incredibly beautiful. I’d love more written explanations for each exercise and warm-up videos directly in the workout of the day

I’m loving this program so much. The community and support make it so much easier to keep going, even on the days I feel tired 🤍✨

I love this challenge! I’ve tried many in the past that wouldn’t stick after a few days but the community and the exercises have been phenomenal! Definitely is part of the reason why i wake up motivated so early in the morning

This challenge will make you change your gym relationship I the most best way it’s so accurate & such a wholesome community experience on the sideway. Your always covered if questions come up on the way. 🌸❤️‍🔥

All of the workouts are challenging! The community support is very helpful with women sharing their recipes and personal challenges they are overcoming in order to show up everyday! We’re being pushed in a loving way and this is the best fitness group I’ve ever experienced!

This is the first time I have tried a workout program, and after completing the first week, I can say I have no regrets. I've always struggled to stick to a workout routine - if you're busy, it's easy to make excuses. But so far, I didn't skip a single day because I've been so excited and motivated. There is access to a wonderful community, where participants can post and comment on their progress. Coralie is very active, providing encouragement and answering questions. The platform itself is easy to use - there are short videos by Coralie demonstrating each exercise, you can add notes, and input weights and reps per set. I'm looking forward to the rest of the challenge and I think it's absolutely worth the investment for lifetime access to the content!

I’m in love with the program, the community, and Coralie! I’d love for the program to last longer than 6 weeks!

I'm really loving the challenge!!! 💖💖🧚🏼
