Build A Body Challenge with Daisy is the first program I’ve ever followed! It is so well structured. I did workouts I’ve never tried before and learned I can do more than I think! I’ve gotten stronger and more comfortable in the gym thanks to this challenge.

This experience was fantastic. I love the community chat and the examples of each workout. The directions for each workout were very clear and I love the app! It helped easily track completion of workouts and how much weight i was lifting. This challenge pushed me to get into a routine again and helped not only physically but mentally as well. I have PCOS and so i have very irregular periods, two weeks into this challenge my period kicked in after not coming for months! So i thank you for the push I needed to help also with my health.

This program was priced well, super helpful and motivating! I would like to see alternatives to certain workouts in case our gym does not have the proper equipment etc.

I love the workouts but as a single mom it’s hard to complete it all bc of my time but when I do complete a session I feel very good. My body isn’t used to doing 5-6 workouts a week I usually do 3-4 and then 2 cardio days but it is a great program! I pushes you!
