This experience was fantastic. I love the community chat and the examples of each workout. The directions for each workout were very clear and I love the app! It helped easily track completion of workouts and how much weight i was lifting. This challenge pushed me to get into a routine again and helped not only physically but mentally as well. I love the workouts but as a single mom it’s hard to complete it all bc of my time but when I do complete a session I feel very good. My body isn’t used to doing 5-6 workouts a week I usually do 3-4 and then 2 cardio days but it is a great program! I pushes you!
