I love how each day's workouts are set up to be very manageable!! For me, I found that there really was no excuse to be able to set 20 min to a half hour aside. All the exercises are simple enough to do anywhere yet difficult enough where I felt like you got a good workout in!!

I loved this challenge its kickstarted my wellness journey and motivated me to keep going. None of the movements are impossible and I really enjoyed watching myself become stronger.

I really enjoyed this challenge. My body feels stronger and as a bonus, I lost some weight! I personally prefer more dynamic stretching for mobility days but the exercises were great for strengthening this mom bod!! Highly recommend!

I joined this challenge to be more consistent with my workouts. I started following Sia on instagram while I was pregnant. I did dumbell workouts from home during pregnancy as well. But I gained weight in my postpartum period. It was super hard to get back to workout, but Sia’s 6 week challenge was a big help. I loved all of the exercises and the way you have combined them focusing on different muscle groups. Thank you Thank you Thank you for this challenge.

I like that it really makes me sweat but I don’t like lunges at all lol I do have to say the reverse lunges are better than forwards!

The challenge so far has been just the right amount of difficult for a beginner to working out like me. I feel like the length of the workouts is great - not too short and not too long to feel like you can’t fit it into your day. I like that the workout moves have videos to follow and I like that the app helps you log the workout. The community feature is also a great way to feel encouraged by fellow participants and share accountability updates :)

I loved the workouts and the convenience of using my phone anywhere to be able to get my workout in! I really, really enjoyed and had full amount of respect for Sia, on posting on each of our workout journeys with encouragement and a positive vibe! I absolutly loved that!!! I absolutly loved being held accountable from the other ladies in the group and there positive vibes. A few things, I was not a fan of, was the nutrition guide because, it was digital. I had issues with certain pages loading up as well. Sometimes the whole 4 or 5 pages would not load. I am a visual person, so I would rather have the recipe book in front of me so I can turn the pages. Because of this I did not follow the meal plans. If there is a book copy, I would love it!!! I also was not a fan of the Day 5, not being an actual weight workout day. I loved the idea of stretching, but I did think Day 5 should be a weight workout day or another Core Day. Another suggestion, would be to add an extra core Day. Thank you Sia for creating an awsome workout plan at a great price thay is affordable for myself.

I was excited to start this challenge and enjoyed most of the workouts. I struggled with knowing what warm ups/cool downs to do (I'm still new to working out). During the core workouts, it would be nice to know alternative exercises if your core is doming. I enjoyed how the workouts slowly built up and Sia's communication in the group. I didn't see much related to all the bonuses that were supposed to be included (but maybe I missed it). Overall, it is a good challenge so I signed up for the summer one, as well as using her app!
