Easy-to-follow sets with demo videos included. 30min is easy to stick to, flexible enough that if your toddler needs sometime mid-workout, you can pause and come right back to it. Looks simple and doable, but you REALLY feel the burn during and after. I have already lost 1kg after the first week, combined with mindful eating. I love how each day's workouts are set up to be very manageable!! For me, I found that there really was no excuse to be able to set 20 min to a half hour aside. All the exercises are simple enough to do anywhere yet difficult enough where I felt like you got a good workout in!!

I joined this challenge to be more consistent with my workouts. I started following Sia on instagram while I was pregnant. I did dumbell workouts from home during pregnancy as well. But I gained weight in my postpartum period. It was super hard to get back to workout, but Sia’s 6 week challenge was a big help. The challenge so far has been just the right amount of difficult for a beginner to working out like me. I feel like the length of the workouts is great - not too short and not too long to feel like you can’t fit it into your day. I like that the workout moves have videos to follow and I like that the app helps you log the workout.
