THE PROGRAM:

I am really excited to have this program in my little line up have going on here.

I love workout from home; and sometimes, when the gym is too overwhelming, I find I need to be in the comfort of my own home! I also channeled a little bit of my childhood with this program. When I was younger, I used to copy my mum's pilate movements when she worked out at home in our family basement.

I guess you could say, that was the spark for this program <3
