Great programming. No fluff, just simple but effective programming. Seeing results slowly but surely. Strength is increasing and my glutes are rounding. Currently on week 7 so I’m excited to see how my body changes in this latter half of the program.

It’s been great so far. I’ve enjoyed the community side of things also. Talking to other people on the same plan. Edina is always on hand to answer any questions too. So far so good 😊

like: app, exercises, feedback response dislike: no weight track (need to use dif app), not really a motivator. All good~ 4/5!
